Sell concrete by the truck
We don't run a plant across town and send you loads. The plant stands on your site or at your yard, dedicated to you.
Rent out a bare machine
We don't drop a plant and leave you to find operators. Every GDN plant comes with our team, our maintenance and our records.
Run somebody else's plant
We only operate machinery we own. That is the only way we can promise that a breakdown is ours to fix.
Questions clients ask
What is an on-site (captive) RMC plant?
A ready-mix concrete batching plant set up on your project site and dedicated to your project alone, instead of buying concrete from a commercial plant across town. We install it, run it with our team and take it away when the project is done.
Can we hire a batching plant with an operator?
Yes, and that's the only way we do it. We don't rent out a bare machine. Every GDN plant comes installed, calibrated and operated by our own team, with maintenance and repairs included, under one contract.
We're a ready-mix company. Can you run a plant under our brand?
Yes. That is how our Bagalur plant works: installed and run by GDN, in the client's branding, while the client sells the concrete. We put up our plant in a new area or at your yard and run it under a long-term per-cubic-metre contract.
How quickly can you get a plant running?
45 days from full site handover, once your deliverables (site, access and approvals) are cleared. Terms and conditions apply. Bagalur went from empty ground to first pour in 2 months.
Who is responsible for the concrete's strength?
Strength comes from the mix design and the materials, which you set and supply. We batch exactly to that mix design on every load and keep the records to show it. If you'd rather we did the mix design and cube testing too, that's an optional extra, tracked in our app for you to see.
Where do you work?
We're based in Bengaluru and take on projects across the city's growth corridors, from Devanahalli and Hoskote to Nelamangala and Electronic City, and in nearby cities such as Mysuru, Mandya and Tumakuru. If your site is further out, tell us where it is.
