Started in 2025 and based in Bengaluru, GDN Infra was built to change how ready-mix plants are set up and run: safer, cleaner and more dependable. A builder shouldn't have to buy a concrete plant, hire operators and manage spares just to get good concrete on site. We bring the plant, install it, and run it, and we answer for how it runs.
Our first plant, at Bagalur, is treated as a model for how a plant should be laid out and run. That's the standard we carry to every new site we take on.

G Dasharath Naidu is an entrepreneur who has been building businesses since the 1980s. He took the quarrying firm his father, G Markonda Naidu, started and grew it into an enterprise of more than 300 people, backing his own judgement at every stage of that growth. Along the way he built a deep, practical command of logistics, heavy vehicles and site execution, and a name for moving fast without cutting corners. That instinct for speed shapes how quickly GDN sets up its plants. Through every venture, one rule has held: business is done ethically, or not at all.

Rohith D Naidu is a civil engineer with a master's in construction management. In 2019 he founded GMN Concrete after seeing how unreliable concrete supply could be, and how loosely much of it was run. He still leads it today, from two plants of its own. GDN Infra grew out of that experience with one aim: plants that are set up and run to a defined standard, safer, cleaner and more dependable, rather than left to chance. Both companies run on software built in-house, which keeps production, quality, consumption and compliance in a single, measurable record.
Goudappa PatilGeneral Manager, Business
Nineteen years of ready-mix, India and the Gulf.
Goudappa Patil brings more than nineteen years in ready-mix concrete across India and the UAE. A civil engineer by training, he has worked in plant operations, production, supply chain, quality and sales with ACC Concrete, Unibeton Ready Mix in Dubai and RMC Ready Mix India. He helped manage the Guinness World Record pour of 19,793 m³, and he is a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. At GDN he leads the business side, matching what each client needs with what the plant can deliver, on time and safely.
